When drilling a water wells, it always meet sand layers, or flowing sand. under this situation, the drilling rods will get stuck easily. After it happened, it become hard to pull up the drilling rods by hoist, and the mud pump will stop working in most cases. Now there are two ways to solve this problems.

        1. use two jacks that more than 16 ton capicity. 
        Get two jacks, then uses two big forks to joint the drilling pipes, or weld the fork with the drilling pipes, then uses two jacks to up the two fork slowly. In most cases, During this process, keep pumping water into the drilling holes, after the drilling pipes go up more than 30cm, you may use the hoist of the drilling rig to get them. 
      2. use mud pump
        You can use mud pump to wash the drilling holes for a long time, then try to get the drilling pipes, when the drilling pipes can goes up, it means you succeed.
